Job Requirements :

Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions.

Education / Experience. High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2 to 4 years’ experience required. Skills and Competencies : Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage one’s time. Ability to keep information organized and confidential. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities : Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.

Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.

Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Data entry, changed from Salesforce, some data cleanup
  • Support person for larger offices, general salesforce cleanup, opening service agreements
  • Phone calls to request additional information

Education / Experience :

  • HS Diploma
  • Microsoft office skills, email, teams, word
  • Organization
  • Salesforce experience a plus, not required
  • 2-3 years’ experience preferred

Relative Experience :

  • Anything regarding inside sales support role
  • Independent working roles

Schedule :

8-5, some flexibility

Training Period :

  • A week training on software, 3 staff to support, as they become more comfortable they will start to take on more
  • Work Environment :
  • On-site fully to start, potential for hybrid
